Sheri Depp

Vice Chair

As a global director of human resources at Lexmark International, Sheri Evans Depp is responsible for talent management, including leadership development, employee engagement and employee learning initiatives; worldwide diversity and inclusion initiatives; and community. She is also the director of Lexmark’s corporate HR business partners, who work closely with the organizations functional leaders in strategic support of business goals and objectives.

Before assuming her director role in 2007, Depp served as manager of leadership and development in Lexmark’s HR organization, responsible for global leadership development initiatives and the leadership succession process. She joined Lexmark in 2003.

Before joining Lexmark, Depp was director of organizational development for the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Previously, she worked as an organizational effectiveness consultant and as director of training development for eCampus.com. Depp attended Transylvania University and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kentucky. She earned her master’s degree in human resource development from Xavier University. She is the board chair of JA of the Bluegrass, represents Lexmark on the Commerce Lexington board, and serves on the executive leadership team for AHA’s Lexington Go Red for Women Experience.
